avail the FDP @ NITIE
Dear Faculty friends,
It is my pleasure to share with you that we the faculty members from NITIE Mumbai have announced THREE days FDP during Jan 7 -9, 2013.
For the last 10 years or so, we both the faculty members have interacted hundreds of faculty members across the country and researching on what constitutes effective learning and how this need to be putting into practice. Drawing upon this field experience, we came out with this program for the ffaculty members. It is our strong belief that something which we are offering from our side as part of this FDP is very much relevant.

Why
any faculty member must attend the FDP program @
NITIE, Mumbai 7- 9, Jan 2013 ?

The FDP Program
is NOT the same usual stuff – Sharing
the teaching sops in academic systems, Conducting the case discussions in a better way, improved presentation skills for faculty, alternate
check lists for teaching, The coverage and focus of the present FDP is different and unique.
2.
Program does not advice and directs the faculty members
to conduct the same old teaching techniques better and better way. Rather present FDP pitches in for doing less and less of what all is being presently done
by the faculty members and out of which
achieving miraculous results on learning
front .

Focus of the program is not about imagining and
asking why it should happen. But the
program is about what is being done, how and what made it possible to happen it.
4.
Focus of the program truly is not on the
Techniques of teaching. It is about the philosophy of learning. Program enables the participants to bring into
effect indigenous thinking of learning without expecting any changes and
additional efforts.
5.
Program is NOT conducted by usual professors and
faculty members but ‘ Missionaries of
Management Learning’. The program is coordinated by two faculty leaders of
management education who got several awards for their contribution in this
area.
